Patents and Patent Applications
Farmacule's intellectual property portfolio provides the basis for its competitive advantage and encompasses five patents and patent applications in addition to proprietary know-how.
Patents have been granted or applied for in all major markets (including the European Union, United States, China, India and Japan) to protect the key intellectual property relating to the INPACT technology.
Under a licence agreement with QUT, Farmacule has exclusive worldwide rights to use and sublicence the core technology and related technologies to other parties.
The patents and patent applications under the “Intellectual Property Licence Agreement” between QUT and Farmacule BioIndustries are as follows:
